Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using Unbuilt Assistant, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Unbuilt for an organization, you are responsible for having authority to do so.

Invitation and account access

Access is currently by invitation. Download codes and app access codes are separate controls and may have expiration, account, or use limits. Do not sell, publish, share, or attempt to reuse a code outside the access it grants. Keep your account credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account or code has been compromised.

We may limit or withdraw access when an invitation expires, a code reaches its configured limit, an account is no longer authorized, or use violates these terms or threatens the service or other people.

Authorized use

You may use Unbuilt only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, devices, interviews, calls, screens, audio, and materials you are authorized to access and process. You may not use the service to gain unauthorized access, evade service limits, interfere with operation, distribute malicious material, impersonate another person, or violate another person’s rights.

Interview and platform rules are your responsibility

Some interviewers, employers, schools, testing services, conferencing tools, and hiring platforms restrict outside assistance, recording, transcription, screen processing, or automated tools. You are responsible for learning and following the rules that apply to your interview and for obtaining any permission or consent required for the audio, screen, or other material you process.

Unbuilt’s availability does not mean that using it is permitted in a particular interview. Do not use it where the interviewer’s or platform’s rules prohibit it.

Your materials and assistant output

You remain responsible for the material you submit and for having the right to process it. You permit Unbuilt and its infrastructure and model providers to process that material as needed to operate the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Assistant output is generated from the selected screen, audio, conversation context, and other inputs available at the time. Review it and exercise your own judgment before relying on it or presenting it as your work. You remain responsible for your answers, decisions, and conduct.

Third-party services

Unbuilt relies on third-party infrastructure and model providers, including Google Cloud and Vertex AI, to authenticate requests, host data, measure usage, and process assistant inputs. Your use of separate interview, conferencing, operating-system, and network services remains subject to their terms and policies.

Company names and marks

Company names and marks displayed on the site identify aspirational interview targets. They do not state or imply that those companies are customers, partners, sponsors, endorsers, or affiliates of Unbuilt. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Service and term changes

We may change invitation availability, access limits, features, or these terms as the product evolves. The date above identifies the current terms. Material changes will be posted here before or when they take effect where practical. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Ending use

You may stop using Unbuilt at any time. Deleting an individual saved interview follows the behavior described in the Privacy Policy. Stopping use or deleting one interview does not by itself delete an account or every operational record associated with the service. Contact us with access or data questions.
